Customer Account Manager |
Available Positions
Full Time - Open Availability Required
Job Duties
- Provide customer support for current and prospective customers utilizing live chat, telephone and email
- Follow up on incoming sales leads and establish or maintain relationships with new or existing customers
- Provide marketing/sales literature to prospective clients, take orders, and respond to customer inquiries
- Facilitate the sale of Server Intellect's products and services by serving as an informational and selling resource for the customer
- Develop knowledge of the Web Hosting Industry and our products and services
- Determine solutions that will best fit our customers' needs
Position Requirements
- Excellent Phone and Presentation Skills
- Must be Self Driven, Highly Motivated, and able to Learn Quickly
- Have a Strong work Ethic, High Likability, High Energy Level and a Positive Attitude
- Must have Great Listening Skills, a Service Mentality and Fanatical Attention to Detail
- Computer skills should include Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Good understanding of the Internet, Computers and Web Hosting would be extremely helpful
- 1-2 years inside sales experience would be beneficial, but not required
Training
Immediate training will be provided for internal use systems and operating procedures. Advanced hands-on training will be provided during the first 90 days.

Web Hosting Support Technician - Tier I |
Available Positions
We are currently hiring for Full Time 40 hours per week on multiple shifts. Must have full open availability. First, Second and Third shifts.
Job Duties
- Provide server support to customers electronically and via the telephone
- Troubleshoot and solve a wide range of server issues
- Operating system and application installation and configuration
Position Requirements
- Must have excellent speaking, typing and presentation skills, a customer service mentality and fanatical attention to detail
- Must have a good understanding of the internet, general TCP/IP networking and understand the difference between web, database and mail servers
- Experience with Windows Server 2003, IIS 6 and Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005 helpful
- Must be highly motivated, be able to learn quickly and be a team player
Training
Immediate training will be provided for internal use systems and operating procedures. Advanced hands-on training will be provided during the first 90 days.

- Provide good documentation for all programming projects

Position Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of programming experience
