Server Intellect offers advanced service monitoring that will give you the peace of mind that your website or server is operating and loading correctly. Don't risk losing customers due to site errors or ms-configurations. Know for certain that you are online and operational 24 hours a day.
Our advanced service monitor service goes beyond simple web monitoring and server pings by checking actual Windows Services and Web Pages on your server every five minutes from our network of monitoring stations located in carrier-class data centers spread across the United States. Monitor a website, SQL Server, check POP3, SMTP, FTP and many more.
In addition to allowing you to choose multiple contact methods and email addresses to notify you of a problem, the Monitoring System will automatically notify the Server Intellect support team that there is a problem. Technicians can immediately begin troubleshooting the issue according to predefined instructions from you on how we should proceed in the event that there is a problem with a service or individual website.
Wherever you are located, whatever time of the day, you can rest assured that the Server Intellect team has been notified of the problem and are actively working on a solution for you.
Receive customized daily email reports or view online reports that are automatically updated every 15 minutes. Choose to view Daily, Weekly or Monthly reports.

- CPU Usage
The CPU (Central Processing Unit) acts as the brain of the server. The speed at which your server runs applications and serves webpages depends in part on your processor. Overload the CPU, and the entire server can suffer.
- Memory/RAM
RAM (Random access memory) is the performance workhorse that gives the processor access to the critical information that runs your programs. RAM temporarily stores current information from your system and determines how many programs you can run simultaneously and how much data can be readily available to those programs. If your server is using too much RAM, webpages and applications can slow down to a crawl.
- Drive Space
The hard drive[s] in the server hold all operating system files, application files and website files. Run out of space and the entire server will suffer.
- DNS
The DNS Monitor can test a DNS Server's ability to respond to a record query, as well as its level of responsiveness.
- HTTP HTML/ASPX (Single Website)
The HTML/ASPX Monitor tests a web server's ability to accept incoming sessions, generate a web page server-side, and then transmit the requested web page back to the monitoring system to test the results.
