Server Intellect adds capabilities for Encrypted Virtual Private Networks (SSL VPN) to all of the company’s dedicated servers. To implement the new technology, dedicated servers have been equipped with an additional set of network cards, allowing a private Local Area Network (LAN) to be created between servers at the datacenter. The network is comprised of Cisco 6500, 3500 and 2900 series switches and routers and has a dedicated gigabit network connection to the Internet.
