Server Intellect Acquires Application Host ValiantHost
ORLANDO, Fla. (3/27/2007)--Server Intellect (www.serverintellect.com), a leading provider of advanced Windows-based Shared, Virtual Private Server (VPS) and Dedicated Web hosting solutions, announced today it has completed its acquisition of Application Hosting provider ValiantHost (www.valianthost.com) specializing in FogBugz hosting.
The acquisition allows Server Intellect to further develop its specialized FogBugz hosting solutions, and makes it the largest FogBugz hosting provider in the market. FogBugz, developed by Fog Creek Software, is a unique Web-based application that allows software development teams to efficiently organize and track software bugs.

Existing ValiantHost customers will be transitioned to the Server Intellect brand and given access to the company's vast assortment of technical support resources, including 24/7/365 helpdesk support and toll-free telephone support.
