Should this password ever become lost or forgotten, it can be easily reset from the main Unity logon page.

You should soon receive an email containing your unique Customer ID number and password.
Why aren’t I able to set my own password for the Unity portal?
At Server Intellect, we consider account security to be one of our most important priorities. Our system automatically generates a multi-character, case-sensitive, alpha-numeric password for the Unity portal. One commonly used tactic among hackers is to run a script containing hundreds of thousands of dictionary entries against a login page, attempting to find a commonly used word for someone’s password and see if they can find a match.
While there might be hundreds of thousands of commonly used words to run against a login page, with the type of passwords automatically generated for the Unity portal, there are literally trillions of different permutations and impossible to break using an automated script.
Essentially, if a would-be attacker were to ever gain access to your account, they would literally be able to take over the account and perform malicious actions such as deleting all website data associated with it, canceling the account, and erasing any and all history of the rightful owner.
We stress keeping your Unity password in a safe location where only you have access to it, or committing it to memory and destroying any hard or electronic copies of it.
