You can easily update your credit card information online via our Unity Customer Portal, located at https://unity.serverintellect.com/. Please keep in mind that the primary name on the account in our billing system is recognized as the sole, official owner of the account.

Log into Unity with your Customer ID number and billing password.

Once logged in, mouse-over the ‘Administrative’ heading, and click the link which says ‘Billing Information’.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page. You should see the current credit card information listed, with the first 12 numbers masked. Erase all the data in this field and enter the new number. Then, set the expiration date. Once entered, click the ‘Update Billing Information’ button.

Your credit card information has been successfully updated.

You can also update your credit card information over the phone by contacting Customer Service at (321) 332-6825 or (800) 317-8552 Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
