Creating a support ticket 

How to create a support ticket in the unity control panel.

To open a new support ticket or support request, begin by logging into the Unity control panel at the following URL.

https://unity.serverintellect.com

You can then add a support request by choosing Customer Support > Add a Support Ticket from the top navigation menu.

Now, fill in all the details in the left hand menu for the support ticket including:

Subject - A short description of the issue.
Name - Your name, it should be auto-populated for you.
Email - The email address you would like to have emailed when the ticket is updated.
Phone - A contact number should a call back be required.
Attachment - Any attachment to the ticket such as a screenshot.

Now, fill in the details of the issue in the right hand text box.

Finally hit the submit button at the bottom to create the support ticket.
